If your return is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email helloeu@bardot.com to initiate your return request. Please include the following information in your email:
- order number
- name on order
- style code
- colour
- size
- return reason code (as outlined on packing slip)
Our Customer Care team will review your request and respond accordingly. If your request is approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorisation (RA) number, along with detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email our customer service team at helloeu@bardot.com
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Bardot, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
