As outlined during checkout and in your order confirmation email, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Additionally, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion, offers and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to prior purchases.
You are welcome to place a new order at the further discount, and return your original order in line with our returns policy. If your item is Sale Item, it can only be returned for a return voucher for change of mind (including sizing & colour of the same item originally purchased or of same value) and is not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately Final sale items are not eligible to be returned if you change your mind or if you require a different size, style colour or fit. This information is available prior to purchasing.
