When will my return be processed?
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will typically be processed within 2–4 business days.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return meets the requirements of our Returns Policy, your refund will be issued once your return has been processed. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as this has been completed.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. After your refund has been processed, please allow 2–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds for Store Credit and Gift Card Purchases
- Orders purchased using Store Credit will be refunded back to Store Credit.
- Orders purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded back to the original Gift Card used for the purchase.
