Your tax invoice, which was included with your order, is your returns form. If you can't locate it, simply include a printed copy of your order confirmation email with your return.
Please ensure the document includes:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Email address
- The style code and size of each item being returned
- Your Return Authorisation (RA) number, clearly written on the document
Including these details will help us identify and process your return as quickly as possible.
