Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage on all UK and European returns. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service when returning your order. This allows you to monitor your parcel's journey and confirm when it has been delivered to our warehouse.
The best way to check whether we have received your return, is to refer to the tracking information provided by your chosen postal or courier service.
Once your tracking confirms that your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will typically be processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered but you haven't received an update from us after 4 business days, please contact our Customer Service team at helloeu@bardot.com. Be sure to include your return tracking details so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
