If you haven't received your order confirmation email, we recommend first checking your junk or spam folder, as confirmation emails can occasionally be filtered there by your email provider.
If you have a Bardot account, you can also log in and view your Order History to confirm whether your order has been successfully placed.
If you still cannot locate your order confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care team at helloeu@bardot.com and provide the following details:
- The email address used to place the order
- Whether your order was placed with Bardot or Bardot Junior
- The payment method used at checkout
- A screenshot of the transaction from your bank account; displaying the date, time, and transaction amount.
