Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
As orders are processed and dispatched quickly through our fulfilment partner, we're unable to make any changes after an order has been submitted. This includes:
- Cancelling an order
- Changing the delivery address
- Adding, removing or changing items
- Updating the delivery method
- Changing Authority to Leave preferences
- Any other order details
Before completing your purchase, please review your order carefully, as all order details are confirmed at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.
