- Your order number (if available)
- The email address used to place the order
- The payment method used (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay)
- A screenshot of each transaction in your bank account. Please ensure these screenshots clearly display the date, time and transaction amount for each charge.
Please note that in some cases, banks or payment providers may display a pending authorisation alongside the completed payment. These authorisations are typically removed automatically by your bank and do not represent an additional charge.
